We work in QuickBooks Online and there is no file migration necessary - just invite me as your accountant!
We can make things even easier for you by integrating platforms like Gusto, Ramp, Bill.com, etc. Maximizing on integrations saves both of us time and saves you money.

Monthly Bookkeeping Packages
*Note that, for an initial cleanup, there will be a flat rate one-time fee based on the state of your current books. This fee is typically around $300.
All packages can be altered and personalized to meet the needs of your business. These packages are simply meant to provide an idea of what we offer and what our pricing is, put in helpful tiers.
Starter Package
50-150 transactions/month
Response time within 2 business days
Reports by the 10th business day of the month
Transaction matching
Monthly account reconciliation
Monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows)
Supply tax preparer with necessary financial reports for tax filing
Growth Package
150-500 transactions/month
Response time within 2 business days
Reports by the 10th business day of the month
Everything in Starter plus the following:
Basic accounts payable services (i.e. entering and paying vendor invoices)
Basic accounts receivable services (i.e. basic customer invoicing [no inventory], cash/ACH sorting, etc.)
Strategic Package
500+ transactions per month
Response time within 1 business day
Reports by the 6th business day of the month
Everything in Growth plus the following:
Payroll management
Option for more advanced AP and AR services (i.e. inventory management)
1099 transaction tracking
